Judoka (people who practice judo) from San Shi in Vista came out and worked out with Escondido Judo Club students on Saturday, July 17th. This time we worked on newaza (ground techniques) covering the pendulum sweep, the hip sweep and the butterfly sweep. Next we will travel out to San Shi and work on nagewaza (throwing techniques).
Organized like a team, fighting like a family!
