CONDITIONING CLASS THIS SATURDAY, 3/13/2010 FROM 8:30am-10:00am. THIS CLASS WILL INVOLVE CARDIO EXERCISES AS WELL AS A VARIETY CONDITIONING JIU-JITSU DRILLS. IT WIL BE FUN AND FULL OF ENERGY!!! ITS A GREAT WAY TO LOSE SOME WEIGHT FOR THE PAN JIU-JITSU CHAMPIONSHIPS!
