GRACIE BARRA TAKES 1st PLACE IN JAPAN

 

The Gracie Barra Tokyo School under the leadership of Professor Nao Takigawa wins the Japan State Tournament 2009. It is the second time in a row that GB Tokyo wins the competition.

Professor Nao Takigawa lived in Brazil and trained at the main Gracie Barra School in Rio de Janeiro under the tutelage of Master Carlos Gracie Jr. and Professor Marcio Feitosa for 6 years.  He than graduated to the Black Belt and went back to Japan to start the Gracie Barra Tokyo School.
