Prof Magid just want to share with you one of GB’s traditions, a great celebration that takes place every end of the year at the Gracie Camp in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It’s a big barbecue with belt promotions, soccer game and a lot of talk!!

Barra da Tijuca, sunny Saturday, Rio de Janeiro. Perfect setting for socializing with friends.It was in this climate that happened, on Jan. 10th, the barbecue of fraternization of Gracie Barra.In the presence of the leader of the team, Carlos Gracie Jr., newly arrived from California, the fighters exchanged ideas and experiences counted in 2008.
In a corner of the dependencies of the house( Gracie Camp), Jefferson Moura, responsible for the matrix of Gracie Barra, organized the ceremony of graduation.
Soon after, it was the apex of the ceremony: the stripes and belts promotion to those who defend the colors of the GB by Brazil and the world.
One of the most excited was Murillo Neto who is responsible for Gracie Camp and would be awarded  the much-dreamed  Black Belt.
